The administrator and the moderators of the platform have the right to delete and edit without prior notice any content that violates the rules or may be considered inappropriate.

The administrators of the platform can delete content, suspend or close accounts and ban users in case they observe the commission of an illegal act or the breach of these rules.

AppGrade offers this platform in order for users to interact with each other and to share information, comments, images, videos, etc. online, and to communicate with each other using the messaging and chat applications that we offer. It is understood that the user is solely responsible for all their publications (text, images, videos, etc.). AppGrade is not responsible for the content published by users and it is understood that it cannot control all the content published by all users.

 
 
Thus, as the sole person responsible for the content published on AppGrade, the user must ensure that:

 
 
DO NOT post illegal, threatening, defamatory, racist content, or any other content that violates the privacy of others or the laws in force in the country where you reside or from which you post.
 
DO NOT publish content over which the user has no rights (private, confidential, secret information, …).
 
DO NOT publish content that infringes a patent, trademark, copyright or other intellectual and industrial property rights of another entity.
 
DO NOT post malicious content of any kind.
 
NOT transmit or disseminate material, software or malicious code or that contains viruses or files intended to gain unauthorized access to third party computers or servers, or to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any software.
 
DO NOT post content that may show cruelty to animals.
 
NOT harass in any way other entities, whether public or private, or another user of the service.
 
DO NOT use or distribute the content posted by other users as your own.
 
The user, as responsible for its content, can at any time decide to delete it. However, if other users have saved, forwarded or posted some content, it may continue to be accessible to other users.

 
 
In case of cancellation of the service or expulsion from AppGrade, all its content will be deleted except in the cases indicated above.

 
 
11.2 The user also agrees to:
 
DO NOT defame, threaten, harass, invade the privacy of other users.
 
DO NOT disseminate, transmit or make available to third parties any type of information, element or content that constitutes illegal or unfair advertising.
 
DO NOT advertise on the web any other website of the same or similar theme to AppGrade, send spam or chains, etc.
 
DO NOT impersonate other users by using their access codes to the service.
 
DO NOT disseminate the content of other users, whether they are comments, photographs, videos, etc. and treat all data shared by other users with the utmost confidentiality.
