  1. Purpose of the mobile application


We inform you that AppGrade is a mobile application whose purpose is to provide an information and communication channel to users who are united by their interest in esports. 


Users will be able to interact in this application for free.


  1. Terms of use

These general conditions govern the use of AppGrade. The access and subsequent use of this platform by the user will imply their express, full and unreserved agreement with these conditions of use. If the user does not agree with the content of this document, they must leave the platform, not being able to access or have the services it offers.

Likewise, the user expressly and without exception accepts that access and use of the platform, its services and the contents of said services take place under the sole and exclusive responsibility of the user.

Registered users will be able to enter, edit, manage and update information and in turn will have access to information published by other users. The content and use of such information will be governed by these conditions of use. 

AppGrade may unilaterally modify, at any time it deems appropriate, the configuration of this mobile application, the conditions of service and its content, as well as eliminate, limit or suspend them temporarily or permanently. You can also prevent access to them by trying to inform the user of said change, as long as the circumstances allow it, through its publication on the platform.


  1. Coming of age

Access to AppGrade is not allowed to children under 14 years of age. Compliance with this requirement is the responsibility of the user. If at any time we have evidence or suspect that the user does not meet this age requirement, we will delete their account without prior notice.


  1. Privacy & Security

In accordance with the data protection regulations, we inform you that your personal data collected through AppGrade will be used solely and exclusively for the purpose of giving an effective response or providing the services requested by the user. 

The user is free to complete the information requested in the registration form. Only those that allow access to the platform as a registered user are mandatory. The rest of the profile configuration data is voluntary.

AppGrade offers the user the possibility of linking their profile with the activity that they carry out on other social networks. This link is voluntary. You should know that if you opt for such a link, the user’s activity in AppGrade will be published on the linked social networks.


In the case of not providing all the data required as mandatory, AppGrade may not proceed to register the user or deny part or all of the service.


The personal data collected from the user will be true, accurate, complete and up-to-date, responding to the damages that may be caused by the faulty completion of the same. Likewise, AppGrade is not responsible for the possible damages or losses that the user or a third party may suffer as a result of sharing said personal data, photographs, stories, etc.

AppGrade reserves the right to delete content (photography, video, text, etc.) at any time if it considers that it violates any current law (right to privacy, intellectual property, industrial property, etc.).


In the event that any user publishes criminal content (pedophile, racist, insulting, defamatory, …), said content will be deleted without prior notice and the account of the person responsible will be immediately and definitively deleted. In addition, the infringements caused will be reported to the competent authorities.


The publication on the platform of photographs or videos in which other people than the registered user appear, requires the authorization of said people. Therefore, the user is responsible for having the proper authorization of those people for whom they publish a photograph or video in AppGrade.

  1. User Registration

In order to publish and interact with other users in AppGrade, the user must be registered on the platform, for which they will have to fill in the required fields in the registration form (username, email and password). The rest of the personal data that the registered user provides to complete their profile is voluntary.

The user must carefully read these Terms of Use and Privacy.

The user is responsible for his own account in AppGrade, so only he is authorized to use it and is responsible for all activities carried out with his account to access the service.


The user understands that AppGrade does not have to control or approve the content that the user or other users publish or provide to the service. Regarding the content published or provided by the user, the user grants permission (free, unlimited, worldwide, non-exclusive and perpetual) both to AppGrade and to those other users to whom it has granted access, to use, copy, distribute and display the content published in AppGrade on other websites, including social networks.


In addition, the user understands that AppGrade may need to make copies, modify the format or process the content published on the platform, to:

make the content available to you and to those members of the public to whom you have granted access;

AppGrade will not offer you any payment for your content and you can refuse to publish your content and you can remove it from the service at any time.

The user undertakes not to carry out illicit, illegal activities that constitute a crime, or that infringe intellectual and industrial property rights. The standards outlined below explain the kind of behavior that is expected from both users. Please note that the following guidelines are not exhaustive and may not cover all forms of offensive behavior. Therefore, the moderators will take action if they become aware of any type of behavior that they consider inappropriate.

The administrator and the moderators of the platform have the right to delete and edit without prior notice any content that violates the rules or may be considered inappropriate.

Moderators can delete content (photo, comment, video, news, etc.) as long as the user violates any of the aforementioned rules.

The administrators of the platform can delete content, suspend or close accounts and ban users in case they observe the commission of an illegal act or the breach of these rules.

11.1. About the content:

AppGrade offers this platform in order for users to interact with each other and to share information, comments, images, videos, etc. online, and to communicate with each other using the messaging and chat applications that we offer. It is understood that the user is solely responsible for all their publications (text, images, videos, etc.). AppGrade is not responsible for the content published by users and it is understood that it cannot control all the content published by all users.

Thus, as the sole person responsible for the content published on AppGrade, the user must ensure that:

DO NOT post illegal, threatening, defamatory, racist content, or any other content that violates the privacy of others or the laws in force in the country where you reside or from which you post.
DO NOT publish content over which the user has no rights (private, confidential, secret information, …).
DO NOT publish content that infringes a patent, trademark, copyright or other intellectual and industrial property rights of another entity.
DO NOT post malicious content of any kind.
NOT transmit or disseminate material, software or malicious code or that contains viruses or files intended to gain unauthorized access to third party computers or servers, or to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any software.
DO NOT post content that may show cruelty to animals.
NOT harass in any way other entities, whether public or private, or another user of the service.
DO NOT use or distribute the content posted by other users as your own.
The user, as responsible for its content, can at any time decide to delete it. However, if other users have saved, forwarded or posted some content, it may continue to be accessible to other users.

In case of cancellation of the service or expulsion from AppGrade, all its content will be deleted except in the cases indicated above.

11.2 The user also agrees to:
DO NOT defame, threaten, harass, invade the privacy of other users.
DO NOT disseminate, transmit or make available to third parties any type of information, element or content that constitutes illegal or unfair advertising.
DO NOT advertise on the web any other website of the same or similar theme to AppGrade, send spam or chains, etc.
DO NOT impersonate other users by using their access codes to the service.
DO NOT disseminate the content of other users, whether they are comments, photographs, videos, etc. and treat all data shared by other users with the utmost confidentiality.

In case of making use of links to third-party websites, we inform the user that they will be governed by the terms and conditions of said websites.

  1. Applicable legislation

These legal conditions and their interpretation are governed in accordance with Spanish law, and any claims presented within the framework of these conditions will be submitted to the courts and tribunals of Barcelona.
